The Department of Housing Counseling has as its mission to educate families and individuals on first-time homebuyer counseling, financial literacy, foreclosure prevention.
Through counseling we manage to educate and impact families with moderate and low incomes so that each Puerto Rican family enjoys a decent and safe environment.
